Part of your role will be to ensure the efficient and effective management of Council’s strategic asset management functions. Managing and providing guidance and direction to all staff within Strategic Asset Management team and across the organisation. Ensuring Strategic Asset Managements’ activities align with the Strategic Community Plan, Strategic Asset Management Plan and Integrated Planning framework. Developing and implementing techniques, work practices and procedures in all facets of the work area in order to achieve Council’s corporate goals.
