We're currently searching for a skilled Social Inclusion Administration Assistant to support our Social Inclusion Action Group and Healthy Communities Department.

Position details

  • Part Time Position – 11 hours per week (days and hours negotiable)

About the opportunity

The role involves providing competent, efficient, and confidential administrative support to the Social Inclusion Action Group, along with assisting the Healthy Communities Department as needed. Additionally, it requires delivering high-quality customer service to both internal and external customers.

 

What you will bring
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:

  • Relevant post-secondary qualification or relevant experience in an administration role.
  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service and / or Community Services and programs.
  • Current Driver’s Licence.
  • Hold a current satisfactory Police Check or willing to obtain one prior to employment.

 

Salary and Conditions
The position is classified within Band 4 of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement commencing at $35.73 per hour plus statutory superannuation.
