About the role
The role of Technical Business Analyst directly contributes to successful project outcomes and delivers high-impact solutions by evaluating processes, analysing business and data requirements, creating functional designs, overseeing development, and providing user support. The Technical Business Analyst leads the review and analysis of the organisation’s business intentions, services, processes and information needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements.
This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Degree qualifications in Information Technology or related field OR demonstration solid contemporary experience in a Business Analyst role, combined with ongoing professional development.
- Demonstrated experience in business process improvement; objectively identifying inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, system functionality and behaviour to create efficient end to end business processes.
- Strong planning, conceptual, analytical, and technical skills to deliver strategic solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to define and document software interface inputs, outputs, functions and integration points between different systems and applications.
- Strong relationship development skills and ability to build a strong, collaborative relationship with the Project, Business and 3rd Party teams.
- Demonstrated advanced written and oral communication skills, with an ability to facilitate and convey information through a variety of methods (verbal, written, and visual).
- Proven ability to assess and interpret information to formulate recommendations and provide specialist advice, contributing to the delivery of project feasibility and effort estimates to enable the organisation to achieve quality outcomes.

Other important information
- The salary range for this position ranges between $85k to $103k pa (dependent on skills and experience) plus 11.5% superannuation
- We have a temporary full-time available
- This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight
- We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role
- This role is located at the Wyong Administration Building
