Senior Project Engineer

Residential – Tom Price / Full Time
Salary: $160,000pa + allowances

We have an opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer to join our Infrastructure Services team in Tom Price.

The Senior Project Engineer is primarily responsible for the management of the Project Management team and for the overall delivery of the Shire’s capital projects. Project management, contract management and the provision of sound technical advice are all high-level core skills the role requires.

We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in civil infrastructure and/or the building construction industry validated by a Civil Engineering Degree or Project Management qualification. Substantial knowledge and experience in project and contract management including the ability to develop and administer contracts and monitor project performance to scope, cost, quality and time is a must. Highly regarded would be similar experience in a local government environment.

Located in the iconic Pilbara town of Tom Price you could enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking the beautiful gorges at the nearby Karijini National Park or engage with the many clubs and sporting organisations active in the town.
