Salary: $75,243 to $84,336 per year plus superannuation, a 9-day fortnight and flexible working arrangements
Appointed salary will be based on skills, qualifications, and experience.

About the role
Responsible for providing professional and efficient administrative and executive support, primarily to the Director Infrastructure & Major Projects as required. The position will have responsibility for the overall effective management of the Administration Support function through the Director Infrastructure & Major Projects.
Key accountabilities
Within the area of responsibility, this role is required to:
- Coordinate action documents to appropriate Branches for draft response. Follow-up with appropriate staff to make sure all draft responses are back to the Director in a timely manner.
- Liaise with Divisional Leaders, Managers, Administration Support Officers, staff, and other external parties on behalf of the Director and ensure that people are assisted in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.
- Prepare and distribute agenda and minutes of the Infrastructure & Major Projects Lead Team meetings and any other meetings as required by the Director; distribute and any follow-up action as required.
- Prepare and coordinate reports and presentations, in consultation with the Director for Council Meetings, Executive Leadership Team and relevant Team meetings.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information relating to commercial, legal or privileged information.
- Ensure high quality information with an elevated level of accuracy and eye for detail.
- Manage and coordinate the Directors diary.
- Assist and participate in, business innovation initiatives that enable continuous improvement outcomes.
