  • Salary $32.27 to $37.42 per hour + super
  • 25% casual loading

About the role

Reporting to the Youth Services Coordinator, this role will see you provide support in the St Ives and Gordon Youth Hubs. You will assist with workshops, entertainment events, wellbeing programs and the promotion of youth services in the community. 

 

Qualifications, skills & experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Social Science / Youth Work or related
    (or actively working towards)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Relevant experience in the Youth Sector or Community Services Sector
  • Ability to work in a diverse team environment
  • Good conflict resolution skills
  • Understanding of youth issues
  • Group work and program coordination skills
  • Ability to deal with young people in crisis
  • Effective communication skills
