The Position
The Principal Fleet Services will lead the Fleet Services team to ensure the development and implementation of a complete customer service methodology and a comprehensive planning and scheduling program to reduce reactive maintenance and produce quality, consistency and certainty in services provision to the community, resulting in best value outcomes for the provision of services. The Principal Fleet Services role will seek to maxmise utilization of internal fleet plant and equipment and minimise Reactive Maintenance costs by focusing on effective Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities, ensuring continued operations

• Zero Harm Workplace Health and Safety Outcome
• Implementing and Delivering to an effective Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) program
• Reduction in ratio of reactive and corrective maintenance to planned preventative maintenance activities
• Maximise utilisation of internal fleet and plant
• Best practice maintenance activities
• Increased operating efficiencies

About You
You will have extensive experience and knowledge of fleet, plant and asset maintenance and management regimes and related systems and equipment. You will have demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, negotiate and manage conflicting priorities while fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders with a focus on developing and maintaining a high level of customer service
