THE TRAINEESHIP OPPORTUNITY 

• Provide administration & customer service support to Council's Health & Wellbeing team
• Undertake hands on experience & complete a Certificate IV in Business Administration qualification - full training provided!
• Earn while you learn, mentored in a supportive team environment!

This traineeship is for the term of two (2) years commencing in March 2025. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to undertake hands on experience in a work environment whilst completing a nationally recognised qualification.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, team player with good time management skills and computer literacy as well as a strong understanding of confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have the ability to show empathy and a genuine desire to assist others, going above and beyond to build strong relationships.

The Trainee - Health & Wellbeing is responsible for participating in all identified training and development activities within the agreed timeframes while also following and interpretating instructions as directed by the Supervisor.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

• Driver Licence (P1 or P2 is acceptable)
• Higher School Certificate or Record of School Achievement/School Certificate

Salary range: Grade T4 –T5 - $803.30 - $920.10 per week plus 11.5% superannuation. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.

Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
