Description
Applications are invited for the position of Trainee Water Services, based at Council's Inverell Works Centre. The successful applicant shall be an operative responsible for assisting with the carrying out of the maintenance program and repair works associated with the operation of the water distribution systems.

Qualifications
- NSW Higher School Certificate or equivalent;
- NSW Class C Drivers Licence;
- SafeWork NSW General Construction Induction card ('White Card'); and
- Capacity to enrol in and complete a Certificate III in Water Industry Operations.
Employment will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Local Government (State) Award 2023. The classification for the position will be up to Operational Band 1, Level 1, T6 to T10. Salary will be in accordance with qualifications and experience, and will be in a range from $993.20 to $1,194.60 gross per week.
