A School Based Traineeship (SBT) is a paid opportunity allowing students to gain firsthand industry experience while working towards a qualification that contributes to their HSC. Students still attend school while working part-time to complete their SBT. Council are on the lookout for their next school based trainee superstar to join Mungindi Community Mobile Daycare.
What are we looking for in our future Early Childhood and Care SBT?
As our SBT at Mungindi Community Mobile Daycare, you are expected to be an active member of a team that provides high-quality early childhood education and care to children. You must share our passion and beliefs to put children first and provide an exceeding level of education and care.
You must be committed to inspiring, educating and shaping the future generations of our Shire and strive to create an environment that inspires hope, ignites imagination and instils a love of learning.
Being a team player while demonstrating clear verbal and written communication, a calm disposition and excellent time management are also essential skills required to succeed in this position.
