About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide high-level assistance, administrative and business improvement support to our Director of Business and Corporate Services and the broader directorate. The role will be:
- Permanent full time – 70 hours per fortnight
- Salary from $87,770.80 - $101,695.64 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation

What we are looking for
- Qualifications in business administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated high-level organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work and meet set deadlines.
- Proven ability to design and enhance business processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to independently produce high-quality written materials.
- Strong commitment to delivering quality customer service.
