Title: Coordinator, 24/7 Libraries, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week

Salary Range: $89907.72 to $104487.69 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Northern Beaches Libraries are one of the largest and well-used library services in NSW. The library network has six library branches spread across the Northern Beaches in addition to online and outreach services, providing contemporary and innovate spaces, programs and services that support lifelong learning, social connection and community wellbeing.

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include: 
• Co-ordinate the delivery and operation of 24/7 access at Northern Beaches Libraries.
• Support branches to ensure smooth and sustainable workflows that deliver 24/7 access to library spaces.
• Use data and evidence to continually improve the 24/7 customer experience, supporting a diverse community with differing needs and expectations, including incident investigation.
