We are seeking a highly engaging and dynamic superstar to provide administrative support to the maintenance group within our Vegetation Team. What this role looks like:
• Office administration and support functions for the Vegetation team
• Manage the purchasing of goods required to complete allocated works, raise orders, requisitions and process receivables for the acquisition and payment of goods and services.
• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
• Accurate preparation of correspondence, agendas and minutes
• Organise meetings
• Generate and evaluate inventory reports necessary for liaison with purchasing staff
• Undertake regular stocktakes of the Council’s resource rooms
• Obtain quotes for minor Council purchases
• Coordinate and oversee the loading and unloading of goods and the control of goods movements for various Council teams

What are we are seeking in our new team member:
• Positive and engaged team member.
• Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or experience in a similar role
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• First Aid & CPR (Desirable)
• NSW Drivers Licence (C Class) (Desirable)
