At PMHC every employee plays a part in ensuring we work together to achieve positive outcomes for our community. To help us achieve this we are seeking an experienced Senior Communications Specialist – Digital to lead the way in shaping and managing our digital channels.

In this pivotal role, you’ll drive strategy, boost engagement, and ensure brand consistency, making a meaningful impact across our organisation. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you’ll be instrumental in delivering creative, results-driven digital initiatives that align with our broader communication and marketing goals.

On a typical day you’ll:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic digital campaigns across web, social media, and email platforms.
  • Oversee the content, accessibility, and user experience of PMHC’s website.
  • Provide insightful reporting and analytics to optimise digital performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyse digital trends and community sentiment to inform strategy.
  • Offer expert guidance and support on digital content creation and platform optimisation.
  • Collaborate with teams to provide training, coaching, and support to empower positive outcomes.

  • Extensive experience driving digital communications strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a proven ability to deliver measurable, impactful results.
  • Expertise in using digital analytics tools and turning data into actionable insights.
  • collaborative leader with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A deep understanding of brand and how to apply key principles across digital channels.

Remuneration and Benefits

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent 35 hours per week

Salary (exclusive of super): Starting range between $94,301 to $105,552 depending on skills and experience
