About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Web Communications Coordinator to join our Communications Team.
You will work with all groups of Council to create and manage content on the City of Ryde website. You will be responsible for strengthening the City of Ryde’s brand and promoting its services, events, programs and initiatives by developing and maintaining copy and creating visual content that is engaging, accurate, timely, strategically placed and easily accessible.
About You
You have proven experience working in a similar role independently and in a team to come up with creative web content solutions.
In addition, you will also have:
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Communications, Web Design, IT or related field; or
- Demonstrated experience in website administration, management and maintenance through a content management system for a large organisation
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in applying principles of web accessibility, navigation and usability to implement best practice web standards
- Experience in monitoring and evaluating web analytics and reporting
- Ability to develop and foster relationships, both internally and externally
Your commencing annual salary will range from $95,322.42 to $112,003.84 + Superannuation dependent on your experience and qualifications.
