In this crucial role, you’ll ensure works are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and budget constraints, all while maintaining a high standard of service delivery to the community.
As the Supervisor Roads South, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for road construction and maintenance across both sealed and unsealed roads, bridges, drainage systems, and signage. Leadership and team management are at the heart of this position. You’ll mentor and supervise a team of road maintenance staff, coordinating work schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. You’ll engage with the community, responding to service requests and liaising with contractors, businesses, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Your ability to manage resources effectively and keep projects on schedule will be key to delivering quality results.
If you have proven experience in road construction and maintenance, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of Work Health & Safety regulations, we want to hear from you!
