Competitive Salary $84,038.76 - $97,666.40 + 11.5 % Superannuation p.a (Depending on skills and experience)

The Opportunity

As the ICT Support Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead & mentor a high-performing ICT support team.
  • Ensure top-tier customer service and drive service excellence.
  • Oversee asset management – procurement, deployment & tracking.
  • Enhance system security & compliance, conducting audits and risk assessments.
  • Manage ICT incidents & problems, ensuring fast and effective resolution.
  • Implement best practices for IT policies, standards, and regulations.

Reporting to the Coordinator of ICT Operations, you will play a key role in shaping the future of ICT support within the Council.

What you need to succeed (Essential Criteria):

  • Qualifications in IT or equivalent experience in an ICT support role.
  • Proven leadership skills – ability to mentor and guide a team.
  • Strong customer service experience with a focus on high satisfaction.
  • Extensive IT expertise – troubleshooting, infrastructure & systems.
  • Experience in ICT asset management – procurement, deployment, tracking.
  • Problem-solving skills – ability to resolve ICT issues efficiently.
  • Project management experience – delivering IT projects on time.
  • Knowledge of IT security & compliance – policies, standards & risk assessments.
  • Current NSW Class C Driver’s Licence.
