Position Overview
As a Painter within our Infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and upgrading our community’s buildings and open spaces. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our planned maintenance as well as some graffiti removal, helping us uphold the quality and safety standards expected by our residents.
This role demands a proactive approach to both reactive and planned maintenance tasks, ensuring that all works are completed to the highest standards and within agreed timeframes and budgets.
Who We’re Looking For
We seek a dedicated professional with a passion for painting and decorating, coupled with a strong commitment to customer service. If you have the following qualifications and qualities, we want to hear from you!
- Trade Certificate in Painting & Decorating (Cert 3).
- Building Industry Induction Certificate (White Card).
- Class C Driver’s Licence.
- Post-apprenticeship experience in construction and maintenance.
- Proven ability to interpret plans, codes, and technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of Work Health & Safety policies.
- Desirable: Asbestos awareness training, Elevated Work Platform Licence (EWP), Scaffolding Certificate.

- Package: From $69,727 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week with a 9 day fortnight.
