About the role
The People and Culture Advisor provides support to the People and Culture Business Partners in the key areas of employee relations, policy, procedures, programs and initiatives. We are looking for a motivated team member able to understand what needs to be done and willing to step in and do it.
In this role you'll be advising and communicating with a diverse group of people leaders and employees with various levels of skills, knowledge and experience responding to general employee life cycle enquiries so your customer service skills will be highly valued. Your excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail and passion for people and culture will shine through.
We're looking for someone with:
bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldproven experience in a similar HR Advisory role, with a focus on employee relationsstrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organisationa commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in all HR-related matters.

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
