Your Role in Our Vision

As the Business Support Officer for Facilities and Fleet, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our operations and enhancing service delivery. Your expertise will be instrumental in coordinating processes, managing communications, and overseeing financial administration, all while ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Who You Are

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual with a strong background in business administration, particularly within the facilities and fleet sectors. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a knack for strategic thinking, you are the ideal candidate to join our team.

  • Possess a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent extensive experience.
  • Hold a valid Class C Drivers Licence.
  • Exhibit strong emotional intelligence and the ability to foster positive relationships.
  • Demonstrate excellent planning skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Showcase your project management capabilities through successful delivery of initiatives.

  • Package: $76,424 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • Hours of work: Permanent Full time 35 hour week with the option of 19 days flex time arrangement
