Competitive Salary: $77,406.68 - $89,958.96 + 11.5% Superannuation (Depending on skills and experience)

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dedicated Team Leader Waste Services Operations to join our team and help deliver high-quality waste and recovery services to our community.
As the Team Leader Waste Services Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Organising, mentoring and training of the weigh bridge operator team and Upcycle Centre team
- Coordination of the Resource Recovery Centre (RRC) weighbridge and Upcycle Centre including associated software, procedures and data administration, daily cash handling and end of day balancing,
- Administration and management of account and customer relationships.
- Coordination of Social Media interface and development as part of the activation plan for the Upcycle Centre

What you’ll need to succeed (Essential Criteria)
- Minimum Certificate IV in an associated field or equivalent demonstrated experience in weighbridge operations or demonstrated retail leadership experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers and employees, including the delivery of training to build competency and accuracy with the system
- Demonstrated sound cash handling, banking skills and retail experience
- Practical experience in dealing with challenging situations, including difficult customers
- Well-developed and demonstrated computer skills and literacy, including Demonstrated data entry administrative in an accurate and timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team to work cooperatively and efficiently.
