On 1st May 2024, Careers at Council hosted our inaugural Careers at Council Jobs Summit, bringing together industry experts and local government professionals from across Australia.
The summit offered a platform for participants to gain insights into population and workforce trends, identify opportunities for local government to better engage with different groups in the labour market, and share successful council approaches to attracting and retaining a skilled workforce.
It was a valuable event that offered the opportunity for knowledge sharing and collaboration.
