Salary range $100,946.04 - $117,316.36 plus 11.5% superannuation.
Market Allowance negotiated with the preferred applicant based on competency skills and experience.
Leaseback Vehicle Option.
Flexible Working Conditions.
Full-time Opportunity with a 19-day 4-week cycle.

The Opportunity
The position of Development Assessment Planner actively undertakes the business functions associated with the:
· Assessment and reporting of development applications relating to multi dwelling residential housing, commercial, industrial development and subdivisions.
· Provision of planning advice to both internal and external clients of the Council on planning matters to provide a high standard of customer service.

8. Hold and maintain current C Class Drivers Licence
