Position Overview

The School Based Traineeships 2024 program offers an exciting opportunity for students enrolled in HSC Studies at a Boggabilla based High School in 2025. As a trainee, you will work towards obtaining a Certificate II in Civil Construction while gaining valuable work experience in the field.

Throughout your traineeship, you will implement safe working procedures, adhere to workplace regulations, and complete tasks as directed by the Boggabilla Works Superintendent. You will have the chance to collaborate with various team members and contribute to the successful execution of projects within the local area.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for dedicated and responsible individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in civil construction. The ideal candidates will possess a genuine interest in the industry and a strong commitment to achieving their long-term career goals.

  • Enrolled to commence Year 11 in a Boggabilla based High School in 2025.
  • Demonstrated commitment to completing a minimum of 800 hours of work.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
