Title: Manager, Property, Commercial & Tourist Assets, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Competitive Salary Package: Total Remuneration Package (TRP) starting at $180,725.88 (inclusive of super and subject to skills and experience) This role includes a subsidised vehicle for the successful applicant.

The Property, Buildings, and Beach Services Business Unit is responsible for the management of Northern Beaches Council’s extensive property portfolio, as well as the delivery of lifeguarding and beach safety services along our stunning coastline. Our aim is to ensure the effective and sustainable use of Council’s assets, providing high-quality facilities and safe, enjoyable beach experiences for our community.

Our opportunity:
As Manager of Property, Commercial & Tourist Assets, your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic leadership of staff, fostering a motivated and productive team environment to ensure responsive and trusted service delivery.
- Overseeing Council’s land and buildings to maximise utilisation, ensure regulatory compliance, and streamline land management processes.
- Managing and growing Council’s commercial ventures, including tourist assets, sporting facilities, and cemeteries, to enhance services, improve visitor experiences, and increase overall revenue.
