Premium Recquatic Membership | 12.5% Superannuation | Rostered Day Off (Nine Day Fortnight)

This position is classified as a PACS Band 7 ($88,997 - $97,595) under the City of Kwinana’s structured remuneration system.

What’s On Offer
This is a fantastic opportunity for a suitably experienced and qualified Building Surveyor to join our Building Services team. Reporting to the Coordinator Building Services, the successful candidate will be responsible for the assessment of building applications and licenses and provision of professional advice to ensure that all City building is compliant with statutory requirements. You will play an integral part in providing an economic and optimal built environment at the City of Kwinana. The City is offering the opportunity for you to expand your knowledge and experience within the built environment. The City performs inspections of all classifications of buildings and provides full in-house certification services.

We are currently exploring the opportunity to offer external certification services outside of the City’s jurisdiction, which will expose the successful applicant to a wide diversity of development.
