About the Role

Join the friendly and innovative Workplace Relations team and provide end-to-end talent acquisition support, guidance and services to Managers and Senior Leaders within Council. A crucial role in the organisation, the successful candidate will provide expert advice on a range of talent acquisition activities including talent strategy, recruitment campaigns and the selection process.

Make a lasting impact on someone’s life by helping them secure their ideal job, while also assisting the organisation in finding the right employee for the right role.

You can also expect to:

  • Contribute to the implementation of Bayside Council’s Strategic Workforce Plan and other talent acquisition strategies and initiatives by providing end-to-end recruitment services and advice to support business outcomes.
  • Develop and foster strong business partner relationships with Managers and key stakeholders to enhance Council’s talent acquisition strategy.
  • Manage enquiries regarding talent acquisition related employment entitlements and conditions.
  • Engage and consult with stakeholders to identify their requirements and use this information to enable organisational direction, strategy and action.

About You

We are looking for someone demonstrates:

  • Qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and time management skills

Salary Range: $84,822.61 to $95,001.60 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation
