About the role

As Pool Operations Supervisor, you will ensure the efficient and effective operations of the pool areas within our Aquatic Facilities. Ensuring water quality and maintenance checks are completed. Ensuring customer service is met to Council standards. Checking and compiling of daily, weekly and annual reports and adherence to relevant legislation effecting swimming pool operations in conjunction with the Operations Team Leader.

Remuneration

$35.49 + Shift Penalty

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications 

1. A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or demonstrated supervisory qualities.
2. Must be willing to obtain Certificate III in Aquatics and Community Recreation with all the specific
competencies in Aquatic Technical Operations or equivalent industry qualifications or equivalent
within 6 months of employment
3. Demonstrated experience in swimming pool operations and pool supervision.
4. Current Pool Lifeguard License, Application of First Aid Certificate, Advanced Resuscitation, and Oxygen Equipment.
