We are looking for a skilled and experienced people leader to join our civil infrastructure team team as a Roads Supervisor - Construction.
As the Supervisor, you will contribute to the effective and efficient execution of construction projects that enhance the infrastructure and overall well-being of our community. As a leader in the construction team, this position holds the responsibility of overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project timelines.
In this role will be responsible for:
- Oversee and manage the Road Construction team, ensuring the efficient maintenance of the Council's Civil Infrastructure in accordance with established council standards.
- Coordinate and program the delivery of routine works in collaboration with the Manager Civil Infrastructure including allocating resources required, plant & equipment and materials.
- Completing site and project risk assessments prior to commencing work onsite.
- Undertaking workplace safety audits and implementation of corrective actions within Councils standards

We offer a salary starting at $85,541 to $104,379 gross per annum plus superannuation. The starting salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant dependent on skills, knowledge and experience relevant to the position.
