About the opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced, energetic and highly motivated professional to work as part of our Digital Services team as a Digital Mobility Support Officer on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is responsible for assisting with the establishment and support of mobile devices across Council, including procuring devices and related telecommunications plans, and also provide users with support to ensure their devices are working with maximum efficiency.
An ideal candidate would have excellent experience with and knowledge of mobile devices, primarily IOS devices and their management with Intune.
Qualifications and experience
Essential:
- Certificate IV in Information Technology (IT), Business Administration or a related field
- Solid experience in a similar role
- Current class C driver’s licence.
Desirable:
- Experience administering a large mobile device fleet
- Experience providing user support in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to customer service
- Experience working with an IT Service Management system.
Remuneration and benefits
The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
- Entry level for this position starts at $1,510.58 per week
- 35-hour working week
- Opportunity to participate in Council's flextime arrangement
