We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Officer to assist our Development Services team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where your contributions will directly impact our service delivery and community satisfaction.
Position Overview
The Business Support Officer will provide vital administrative support to the Development Services team, ensuring the smooth processing of development applications and related tasks. You will assist in the operations of the Council’s interface with the NSW Planning Portal and support the timely assessment of applications in collaboration with various planning panels.
This role demands a keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills, as you will be responsible for managing incoming correspondence, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.

- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or a related field is desirable.

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and commitment to customer service excellence.

- Package: From $67,752 to $71,706 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week, with option of 19 day month flex time arrangement available.
