Your Role as a Strategic Asset Manager
In this dynamic leadership position, you will oversee the successful delivery of our Asset Management Framework and Strategic Asset outcomes. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that our projects align with the needs of the community and the council's strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the implementation of strategic asset management systems and frameworks.
- Driving change management initiatives to realise significant benefits for our community.
- Collaborating across departments to ensure optimal service levels and asset resilience.
- Engaging with stakeholders to facilitate positive outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Degree qualifications in project management, engineering, construction, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in managing strategic operations within a technical environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Strong background in infrastructure asset management across various asset classes such as buildings, open space, stormwater and transport.
