Based at the Millar Road Landfill Facility (MRLF) in Baldivis you will supervise a small but dedicated team of Weighbridge Operators who are the welcoming face of the facility. Your strong administration skills will be utilised in supporting the Waste Services teams (Waste Collection Services, and Landfill Services), as well as maintaining the weighbridge information system, including the waste acceptance process at the facility. Ideally you have an understanding of waste acceptance criteria, or a strong passion for the environment and managing waste efficiently to ensure future generations reap the benefits of the community’s efforts in sustainability.
You must address the following selection criteria when submitting your online application:
- Strong interpersonal and public relations skills, and confident in dealing with a range of MRLF clients
- Team leadership, including supervising and mentoring team members
- Strong administration experience including sound computer literacy.
We are offering a gross salary starting from $80,559 per annum depending on skills and experience, and:
- 11.5% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
