Find purpose and impact

As the Learning and Development Partner, you’ll play a key role in our Leadership Development program and have the opportunity to work with industry leading leadership providers. You will be on the frontline of change and part of the team lifting and building capability across the whole organisation. You will streamline and develop the L&D function in a hands-on role in a supportive team environment. Balancing the strategic and the operational requirements of the role you will get to see the impact of your work through regular contact and interactions with all employees. Get stuck into interesting and diverse challenges where you’ll test your skills and shape a career that never gets stale.

You’ll make an impact:

  • As a key member of the team delivering the Leadership Program 
  • Facilitating and delivering programs to lift capability
  • Improving and streamlining our Learning Management Systems 
  • Managing our new employee inductions
  • Creating initiatives for cultural change and employee development  


What you'll bring

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor qualifications in Human Resources, or related field, or experience deemed equivalent 
  • Demonstrated successful experience working in a learning and development position for a similar sized organisation
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems 

We would also love you to have:

  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment
  • Accreditation in DiSC and/or 5 behaviours

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $93,725 to $108,924.
