Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our Library Services team as a Customer Service Officer. The successful candidate will have exemplary customer service skills and enjoy interacting with community members of different ages and cultures.

What this role looks like:
- Provide exceptional customer service to library users.
- Assist customers with the use of library resources and technology
- Assist in the delivery of programs and activities.
- This position is based at Baulkham Hills and Dural; however the successful candidate will be required to work at any branch of The Hills Shire Library Service including evenings and weekends.
What are we seeking in our new team member:
- HSC or equivalent
- Driver License (Class C – NSW) and A valid Working with Children Check
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced customer service environment.
