About the Role
This role involves managing development-related inspections and ensuring Council’s public infrastructure complies with regulations. You will investigate and respond to public requests, oversee minor projects, supervise contractors, and conduct pre- and post-development inspections. With a focus on maintaining asset data and upholding WH&S standards, you’ll work collaboratively to support the team in delivering high-quality outcomes for the community.
About You
You are adaptable, flexible and thrive in structured, deadline-focused environments, excelling at tasks requiring CRM and TRIM systems. With a flexible approach, you balance technical expertise with a collaborative mindset to achieve high-quality results.
In addition, you will also have:
- Diploma of Construction or equivalent
- Class C Driver’s Licence
- Experience and knowledge in civil construction and maintenance, including supervision and administration of contracts.
- Knowledge of WH&S Act and environmental regulations
Your commencing annual salary will range from $85,947.56 up to $94,133.04 + 11% superannuation + To and from work vehicle, dependent on your experience and qualifications.
