Your Role as a Human Resources Cadet

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resources Cadet to provide high-quality support across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employment relations. You will play a crucial role in managing key HR processes, analytics, and reporting, while also supporting our dedicated HR Business Partners.

This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about human resources and eager to make a difference. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, build strong relationships, and contribute to our organisational success!

Who We’re Looking For

Are you ready to kickstart your career in human resources? We are looking for candidates who are in their penultimate or final year of university, studying Business or Commerce with a focus on Human Resources Management. If you possess a desire to learn and grow, we want to hear from you!

  • In your penultimate or final year of study of University study to be eligible for a “Fresh Start” cadetship
  • A demonstrated commitment to completing tertiary qualifications and achieving full professional accreditation in Human Resources Management.
  • Class C Drivers Licence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Package: from $59,900 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • Hours of work: Up to 2 years full time temporary contract.  35 hours per week with option of 19 day flexitime arrangement
