About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a part-time Sydney Ambassador Supervisor within the Visitor Services team.

 

As the Sydney Ambassador Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality and accurate tourist information to visitors while supporting and guiding the volunteer Sydney Ambassadors through training, knowledge sharing, and operational assistance.

 

You’ll be responsible for managing the cruise meet & greet service, overseeing special events visitor service areas, and ensuring that the volunteer Ambassadors are well-supported during their shifts.

 

We’re looking for someone with:

sound geographical knowledge of Sydney, New South Wales, and key tourist destinationsstrong customer service skills and experience in delivering high-quality visitor servicesdemonstrated ability to coordinate, train, and provide guidance to volunteer teamsthe ability to stay up-to-date with local events, procedures, and visitor informationflexibility to work a 7-day roster across various operational hours, including the Visitor Centre, Roaming Ambassador program, and special events programs.
