Spring Street Preschool and Early Education Centre is a unique childcare service offering nurturing personal care, child and family focused programs including pre-school, delivered by a passionate, dedicated, long-standing team.
Focusing on the needs of the child through constructive play experiences, designed to build a foundation for success and confidence in life. Spring Street PEEC believe in developing a sense of belonging and have a holistic view of childcare, considering Spring Street an extension of family life.
Smaller in size, each child receives the special attention and personal care they deserve. They offer a comprehensive pre-school program which gives children continuity right up to school.
As part of the Spring Street team you will be responsible for providing a safe, stimulating, healthy and caring education and care service which fosters and maximizes each child’s individual development potential.

So, what do you need?
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Equivalent
- Working with Children Check clearance
- Current First Aid Certificate - Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting
- Demonstrated experience working in accordance with the National Quality Framework in providing an education and care service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, being able to work to deadlines and set priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work and contribute as part of a team
