Are you looking to kick start your career in Business and enhancing the customer experience? Would you like to have the opportunity to assist in coordinating community programs and events? Council is seeking candidates interested in completing a Certificate III (or IV) in Business Administration. Throughout this 2-year programme you will receive a weekly salary as you learn on the job from a team of supportive and skilled professionals.

About the role:
Working together with Council’s Customer Experience team you will be assisting in the delivery of a high-quality customer experience across all customer engagement channels (in person, telephone, online chat, website, CRM service requests). Successful candidates interesting in expanding their knowledge of the broader range of services offered by Council will also have the opportunity to be placed on rotation in our Community and Culture Division assisting experienced personnel in the delivery of various youth and community programs as they are scheduled.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A willingness to learn and commit to successfully completing a Certificate III (or IV) in Business Administration.
- Basic computer literacy (working knowledge of Microsoft Office)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
