About the role
Our Development and Regulation Department plays a pivotal role in managing growth and ensuring that new developments respect the unique character of our suburbs.
Reporting to the Administration Systems Coordinator, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Day to day administrative tasks
- Providing assistance to internal and external stakeholders
- Correspondence management
- Document preparation
- Electronic filing using Content Manager software
- Preparation of requisitions and purchase orders
Required experience & skills:
- Administration qualifications or previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in the use of personal computer applications, in particular the Microsoft suite of products (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software
