The Position
The Administration Officer will work collaboratively with Fleet Team to perform to coordinate and implement best fleet and plant utilisation practices and assist with planned and scheduled regime of fleet activities.
The Administration Officer will provide professional, efficient and courteous delivery of program and technical support for associated Council departments and carry out activities in line with best fleet and plant utilisation practices.
About You
You will have completed Certificate IV in Business Management or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience and experience working in a medium to large organisation. You will possess a high proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar.
In addition, you will be Self-motivated and well-developed planning and organisational skills with the ability to work independently, work on multiple tasks, determine priorities and meet deadlines.
