About the opportunity

We are seeking individuals with excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills to join our busy and dynamic team, which provides a high level of customer service to the community.

This role involves:

  • establishing, coordinating, and maintaining effective administration systems for the Community Facilities team
  • working across various locations to deliver exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries
  • handling bookings and payments
  • supporting customers over the phone, in person, and online
  • maintaining and creating efficient administration systems for the team.

Qualifications and experience

Essential:

  • TAFE Certificate of Attainment or equivalent relevant to this position
  • Demonstrated sound work experience relevant to this position. 

Remuneration and benefits

The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.

  • Entry level for this position starts at $1214.29 per week (pro rata)
  • 21-hour working week 
  • Employee benefits such as leave entitlements (where applicable), 11.5% employer contribution payable to your nominated superannuation fund, Fitness Passport, gym membership discounts, and social clubs.
