The Role
Reporting to the Coordinator Workplace
Health and Safety and based in Windsor NSW, the purpose of this position is to
provide administrative support to the People and Development Branch which will
include accurate and timely administration of workers compensation for the
organisaton, the learning management system, the WHS online register and other
administrative support as required.
About You
You will have demonstrated experience administering workers
compensation for a similar size organisation as well as proficiency in using
corporate software applications to update records and prepare reports. You will
be accustomed to engaging with internal and external stakeholders which will be
necessary to ensure timely completion of WHS documentation and projects.
Essential Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in Business
Administration or related qualification - Demonstrated corporate experience
administering workers compensation - Demonstrated corporate experience in office
administration and clerical skills - Demonstrated experience using corporate
software applications - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in administration of database programs
- Experience preparing corporate correspondence,
presentation packs and standard reports - Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Desirable
- Certificate IV WHS
- Class C Drivers Licence
- WHS General Construction Work in NSW
