ADMINISTRATION TEAM LEADER PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Lead and mentor administrative staff to achieve best outcomes for the community
- Drive process and change management improvements for planning and development
- Take ownership and management of the ePlanning Portal
Your new job
- Proactively identify, develop and implement improvements to Council's workflows and business practices relating to Council's development/building control functions.
- Develop and manage public content to enhance Council's presence in public spaces. This includes creating, maintaining and monitoring website content, fact sheets, checklists, flow charts, and community education materials.
- To ensure development and associated applications are processed in an efficient and timely manner from lodgement, in accordance with relevant operating procedures, Acts, Regulations and policies of State Government and Council.
- Actively monitor Councils NSW Planning ePortal, ensuring that all application updates, changes and determinations are accurately reflected in the NSW Planning ePortal and integrated into Councils system
- Provide advice and response to internal and external customer enquiries (received by phone, in writing, counter and web chat) related to NSW Planning ePortal and noncomplex development matters.
- 35 hour week, with an RDO every 4 weeks and flexible working options.

The salary range being offered for this full-time position is $2892.20- $3255.70 gross per fortnight plus superannuation which equates to an annual salary of $75197- $84648 gross plus superannuation (dependent on skills, qualifications and experience). The position will be closed once the appropriate
person is appointed.
