We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Officer to join our Team. In this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Long Day Care Centre by assisting families with bookings, arranging tours and walk throughs, maintaining accurate records of bookings and attendance,
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Knowledge and ability in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of applications.

ABOUT US
The Liverpool Plains Shire Council is a diverse organisation employing over 120 staff across a wide variety of fields who deliver a range of services to the local government area encompassing Blackville, Caroona, Currabubula, Pine Ridge, Premer, Quirindi, Spring Ridge, Wallabadah, Werris Creek and Willow Tree and the almost 8000 residents who reside there.
The council is situated in Quirindi, the heart of the Liverpool Plains, 65km from Tamworth and about four hours North West of Sydney, famous for its stunning landscapes and rich, highly productive land and is the perfect place to call home.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
We offer a salary starting at $33 to $42 per hour plus superannuation. The starting salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant dependent on skills, knowledge and experience relevant to the position.
