Your Role in Shaping Our Community

As an Asset Analyst/Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in asset management planning to drive the implementation of policies and strategies that enhance our public assets. Your role will involve:

  • Implementing innovative asset management policies and strategies.
  • Engaging with stakeholders and the community to gather insights and feedback.
  • Managing and developing corporate asset management systems.
  • Preparing forward annual and multi-year capital programs to ensure sustainable asset management.

Your contributions will be vital in leading change and fostering continuous improvement within our operations. You will be empowered to take on challenges and make decisions that contribute to the successful delivery of our strategic outcomes.

Are You the Right Fit?

We are looking for candidates who are not only skilled but also passionate about making a difference. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in engineering, landscape architecture, building, or a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and engaging with diverse community groups.
  • Strong report writing skills and experience in preparing consultant briefs.
  • An understanding of asset management legislation and practises.

  • Package: $104,000 - $116,000 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation (Salary will be determined based on the skills and experience of successful candidate)
  • Hours of work: Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week with option of 19 day month flexitime arrangement
