You’ll support the inclusion of families through collaborative activities and events, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. In addition, you will be a key contributor to maintaining the highest standards of child well-being and safety by adhering to child protection policies and responding to children’s physical and emotional needs as they arise. You will also provide support in administering first aid when needed and actively participate in team discussions and reflective practices to continually enhance the quality of the program.
To succeed in this role, you will need an ACECQA-approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be working towards it), along with a current Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.
