We are seeking an experienced and professional Business Systems Analyst with a passion for customer service.

In this role you will have the following accountabilities:

• Provide operational support of the implemented systems and solutions.
• Participate in transformation initiatives (workflow and business process improvement) including those focused on improving systems, controls and data quality.
• Provide support in resolving processing issues relating to the IT systems, including reconciliation of differences between legacy systems and the ERP system to ensure data integrity.
• Provide quality advice and consultation, project management and support to facilitate the acquisition, implementation, execution of projects and management of Business System solution within the Shire.

Our preferred candidates will be able to demonstrate the following experiences and skillset:

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, MIS, or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant industry experience.
• Enterprise-wide understanding of ERP business systems and processes including integration of systems and data and system development methodologies.
• Experience documenting business processes, systems and technology.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with influence.
