About the role

Provide onsite support for events, assist with planning and delivery, manage volunteers, and help with setup and pack-down, ensuring smooth operations for community activities.

Work Hours – Hours are allocated as required and usually will be for a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 7 hours per shift.

Where – Availability to work at various locations across the City of Ryde including North Ryde, Top Ryde, West Ryde & Eastwood

When – Weekdays, afternoons or evenings and weekends.

Pay Rate – $42.54 (including 25% casual loading).

You must hold a current Working with Children's Check or be willing to obtain one at your own expense.

 

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in events coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-developed word processing skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Capability to work independently.
